Meet Sarah
Sarah Maguire broke into the Boston real estate market almost 8 years ago managing new construction gut rehab projects, hasn't looked since.
The Maguire Group — comprised of Sarah, her husband Ryan and their Director of Operations, Christine Healy — just completed their most successful year yet. The team's off market and development deals totaled over $52 million and overall volume hit over $70 million in 2019. They have an exciting 2020-2021 pipeline with nearly 90 new construction projects in the Greater Boston area.
Originally from beaches of southern New Jersey, Sarah came to Boston in 2004 and graduated Cum Laude from Northeastern University. She double majored in Journalism and History and was a coxswain on the Division I Men's Rowing team. Her love of fitness didn't stop there, she is now a Master Instructor at Boston's Best Indoor Cycling Studio, The Handle Bar.
With almost 15 years combined experience in the Boston real estate scene, Sarah and Ryan work seamlessly together and have made quite a name for themselves, especially in the red hot South Boston market. Sarah's white glove approach and Ryan's boots on the ground mentality allows them to navigate each transaction expertly regardless of size or complexity.
The Maguire Group has built an impressive client base including some of Boston's largest landlord and developers, seasoned home buyers and sellers, and first time home buyers and renters alike. The team offers buyer and seller representation, rental representation for landlords and renters, and property management.
The Maguire Group is a proud benefactor of South Boston Youth Hockey, The South Boston Boys and Girls Club and South Boston's first dog park, "The Bark Park".
When Sarah isn't guiding her clients through the buying and selling process, you can find her either enjoying the beaches of Cape Cod with her family or teaching a spin class at The Handle Bar. Sarah and Ryan have a son, Liam and daughter Mollie and an old, grumpy English Bulldog named Stella.
Meet Matt
Born and raised in Leominster, Massachusetts, Matt is a New England native who holds a strong passion for the city of Boston, its surrounding neighborhoods, and the local culture. As managing partner of the Aranson Maguire Group, Matt has personally sold over $500M of Real Estate in the Greater Boston Area and has built a strong network of brokers, clients, and vendors over his 10 year career. In 2018 his team was featured in Boston Agent Magazine’s "Who’s Who in Boston Real Estate" issue, and in both 2019 and 2020 was recognized as a Top Real Estate Producer by Boston Magazine.
His knowledge of the field coupled with his meticulous, personable, and trustworthy manner allowed him to expand his business into property management and operations of buildings and developments. His vast experiences in sales and property management have allowed him to become the best at what he does. There truly is no transaction or task that Matt is unfamiliar with or unwilling to take on; he always welcomes a challenge.
Prior to Real Estate, Matt began his career owning and managing a wholesale food distribution company in the Greater Boston Area. As a proud former resident of South Boston, he still remains very active in his beloved community. Matt and his wife, Robin, currently reside in Marblehead with their two children Zachary and Caleb.
