Krista Pendergast
With a dynamic career spanning dentistry, education, and real estate, Krista Pendergast brings a wealth of experience in optimizing operations, leading teams, and fostering growth through efficient systems. Her versatile background allows her to seamlessly adapt across industries, delivering solutions that balance structure with flexibility. Krista joined the Aranson Maguire Group as Director of Operations in October 2021, where she has successfully developed and implemented systems that have facilitated the seamless closure of over $1 billion in sales and an average of more than 400 transactions per year. Additionally, she supports the in-house marketing manager and events, and serves as the transactions coordinator, ensuring all deals meet Massachusetts state and Compass compliance standards.
Before entering the real estate sector, Krista was the Director of Program Operations at BES (formerly Building Excellent Schools), a national nonprofit that has trained over 2,500 leaders across 33 states. During her decade-long tenure at BES, she streamlined operational systems to support leaders through intensive, multi-year training programs. Her career began in the dental industry as an event planner with Straumann, USA, the leading global dental implant company, where she honed her skills in world-class customer service and business excellence.
Krista currently resides in Dorchester with her husband, Dave, and their daughter, Mia. In her spare time, she enjoys coaching Mia's soccer team, spending quality time with friends and family, and indulging in a good thriller on her Kindle.
