515-519 E 2nd Street, South Boston

 

A construction permit valued at $6 million has been pulled for 515 East Second Street, kicking off the development of this Southie multifamily project.

The proposed project, approved in 2020, would replace the existing non-conforming structures and upgrade this distressed Project Site with a new five-story, 30-unit residential development that includes 35 on-site garaged parking spaces, a new sidewalk, pedestrian access, landscaping, open space, and overall site improvements.
